Listening Suggestions:
Set the volume level to a low comfort level. As different sound levels come and go during the recording, set the volume below your softest voice level when chanting. Try to harmonize with the different Oms and you will notice a wave-like effect. On Track 2, follow the flute deep into the ocean or high into the sky. Do not use while driving a car, bike machinery etc.
